#How to import pictures from sd card install
That aside, maybe get a tablet like the Surface 3, it runs Windows 10, a full OS, and install LR on it, plug a card reader in (or use a uSD in an SD card and use the inbuilt uSD reader) and good to go. Ideally I would have the full power of LR in LR mobile but clearly that's not what LR mobile is (unfortunately.) There are good reasons LR import dialog is useful. To me asking someone to use a file manager to copy photos is the equivalent of asking a PC user to use explorer to copy photos. Did you mean you wanted to auto import into say LR on the phone and then delete the ones you don't want from there etc ? Have an sd card reader and otg cable to plug it in directly to my phone/tablet but haven't been able to find a way to import the photos other than tedious file manager software.Ī better Filemanager, how is it tedious ? Highlight all of them, then copy them over ? A couple clicks. Most people won't bother replying if the person asking the question won't bother giving details. Failing all that, then, ask your detailed question, because writing detailed helpful replies such as mine, is VERY time consuming for vague questions. Read the manual / User Guide (download it to your device). Search various forums for your specific device & even use ? Google again for your specific problem first & tell us if you have. In the future, be more detailed & specific with your info in your question. Sorry, basic question, but as I said, you've hardly told us anything so you leave us to guess what you have or haven't done, know or do not know. You do have a Google Account set up don't you, which you'll need to Log In to for even free apps. I'll leave it up to you to search the Google Play Store for these. My Moto G3 is not natively OTG compatible, but it is using Total Commander & the plug in called Paragon_UMS, which is also free. It also has a plug in that allows for use of OTG capability in case your device is not compatible with OTG. Android OS 6 Storage Set Up.Īlso try better file manager, such as the free App from the Google Play Store called: Total Commander. Try checking this link out just in case you are using OS v6, which requires the device storage to be set up correctly. Lots of things to consider, but you tell us basically nothing to really help? Have you searched this forum for previous threads? (which you can download from the nameless device manufacturer website?)
#How to import pictures from sd card how to
Have you done a Google or YouTube search for this (or on how to import photos?) Have you searched the forums for your device on your manufacturer's website? How have you set up your device storage which also depends on what OS version that you are on?
